In cooperation with facilities within the comprehensive welfare complex,
shiawase-no-mura, this new establishment is a suitable place of learning
for the cosmopolitan, welfare-minded city of Kobe and allows the elderly
to augment their wealth of experience, knowledge and skills while making
effective use of the facilities, to return the results to the community.
***Floor space : 6, 000 square meters, 2-story reinforced concrete
students : Elderly residents of Kobe (57 years and older)
Capacity : 420 per academic year
Term : 3 years
